By using CueRaise (cueraise.ai) and purchasing digital products from Cue Labs, you agree to these terms.
USA VC Database (digital download)
The $49 USA VC database is a one-time digital download. After payment you receive a license for your own fundraising or internal team use. You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute the dataset (or a substantial portion of it) as a competing list or product.
The file is a point-in-time snapshot. Emails and websites change; we do not guarantee deliverability or ongoing accuracy. Digital goods are not refundable after download — use the free sample first if you want to inspect the format.

Your responsibility
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM / GDPR where relevant) in how you use contact data, and for having a lawful basis to outreach.
